"I had the BEST experience with Cassie, I went in to get help with a product that I knew I couldn’t figure out for myself. Walked in and Cassie was very prompt to getting the issue resolved. She was patient, very professional, kind and supportive during the whole process. I’ve been with State Farm for many years, besides Karl ( with whom I started with) Cassie was a gem. The other lady Alondra has always been so kind and willing to help out in every way possible.
